Currently, Below the Belt Grooming only delivers within the UK.
How much is delivery?
Standard UK Delivery is 3-5 working days and is charged at £2.95. Please allow longer for larger deliveries.
When do you deliver?
We don’t deliver on weekends or public holidays and delivery to some rural areas or non-UK mainland may take longer. Below the Belt Grooming can’t be responsible for late delivery due to issues out of our control (bad weather, late postman). If a product that you have ordered becomes out of stock, we will contact you straight away.
Do I need to be in?
Occationally deliveries require a signature for security reasons. If you won’t be home during office hours you can give us an alternative delivery address where someone can sign for you. If this isn’t possible either, you’ll receive a card with information on where and when you can collect it. If you don’t collect it in time, (usually 7 days or after 3 delivery attempts), the parcel will be returned to us and you will need to arrange a new delivery and pay for the costs to resend.
What about loss or damage?
Below the Belt Grooming is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delayed or lack of delivery of goods regardless of the method of delivery. Our delivery service considers a parcel lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 14 working days for UK orders. Though it is highly unlikely for deliveries to take this amount of time, we are unable to despatch a replacement until this timeframe is over.
We aren’t responsible for the loss of your order if the delivery address provided by you is incorrect or incomplete. If this happens, your order may be returned to us, or the courier might apply an extra charge which we will add to your order. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address.

Spending more than £15? Get free delivery. (Subject to stock availability). Offer available to non-trade customers only who are paying full RRP. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Items in the basket must total to £15 in order to qualify for free delivery.
We think you’ll love all of our top-notch products, but if you’re not happy you have up to 14 days to tell us so we can sort it out for you.
You are entitled to a 14 day cooling-off period i.e. the right to cancel your purchase. We must recieve notification that you want to cancel within 14 working days, starting from the day you received the product. Providing the item hasn’t been opened and is in its original packaging, we will either give you back the cost of the returned product, or offer an exchange to the same value. If the exchange costs more, you’ll have to pay the difference. Below the Belt Grooming do not have to cover the costs to return goods.
If for any reason the goods you receive are faulty or damaged we’ll happily exchange or fully refund the item. Damaged products will be replaced as soon as possible, or an alternative will be offered if stocks aren’t available. If you don’t want a replacement, let us know and we’ll refund the cost of the damaged product. You may have to provide photo evidence of damage, but you don’t have to return damaged goods.
Within 2 days of receiving returned goods, refunds are processed onto the credit/debit card used to purchase. It can take 5-7 working days to show up in your account.
To return an item, you must contact us within 14 days at uksales@BTBGrooming.co.uk to get a reference number.
All returns should be in original packaging with the returns reference clearly displayed. If you already threw away the original outer packaging, goods must be wrapped appropriately to make sure they arrive to us in decent condition. If you wrap it poorly, we can refuse a refund/exchange. We recommend you use recorded delivery to return goods and that you get proof of postage in case we don’t receive it.
